JABIRU TOWN DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 1982

Regulations under the Jabiru Town Development Act 1978

1Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Jabiru Town Development Regulations 1982.

2Penalties

For the purposes of section 31(2)(d) of the Act:

• (a)

  the prescribed maximum penalty that may be imposed in by‑laws made under section 31(1) of the Act is 4 penalty units or an amount equal to 4 penalty units; and

• (b)

  the prescribed maximum penalty that may be imposed where by-laws made under section 31(1) of the Act provide for a continuous offence is $50 for each day during which the offence continues.
