Non-transferring employee in agreements.
[1] Pursuant to s.319(1)(b) of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), the International Workforce Pty Ltd Enterprise Agreement 2009 [AE878079] will cover any non-transferring employee who commences employment with IWF Pty Ltd on or after the date of this order.
[2] This order shall have effect from 28 February 2014.
