1. The applicant seeks leave to appeal against orders made by Heydon J on 14 February 2011 by which his Honour refused reinstatement applications of two special leave applications, S279 of 2010 and S24 of 2011.

2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of his Honour's decisions.  Leave to appeal is refused.

3. Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
