This order in council may be cited as the Irvinebank State Treatment Works (Sale and Operation) Agreement Order 1999 . ˙ Definition 2. In this order in council— “agreement” means the Irvinebank State Treatment Works (Sale and Operation) Agreement attached as a schedule to the Irvinebank StateTreatment Works (Sale and Operation) Act 1990 . ˙ Approval to terminate the agreement 3.
