Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 New South Wales

—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 (1) of the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act on and from 9 June 2000 by inserting in Columns 1 and 2 of Part 1 of that Schedule, in alphabetical order, the following:

Coleambally Irrigation Limited Coleambally Irrigation Area

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to amend Schedule 2 to the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 to establish Coleambally Irrigation Limited as a class 2 irrigation corporation.
