IRRIGATION CORPATIONS ACT 1994—PROCLAMATION

G. SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 27 (1) of the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 2 to that Act on and from 12 February 1999 by inserting in Columns 1 and 2 of Part 1 of that Schedule the following:

Murrumbidgee Irrigation Limited	Yanco No 1 Irrigation Area
Mirrool No 1 Irrigation Area
Benerembah Domestic and Stock Water Supply and Irrigation District
Tabbita Domestic and Stock Water Supply and Irrigation District
Wah Wah Domestic and Stock Water Supply and Irrigation District

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 2 to the Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 to establish Murrumbidgee Irrigation Limited as a class 2 irrigation corporation.
