IRON ORE (ROBE RIVER), CAPE LAMBERT ORE WHARF AMENDMENT

BY-LAWS 1991

by-laws and form part of the by-laws.

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the recommenda- tion of the Company within the meaning of the Iron Ore (Robe River) Agreement Act 1964.

Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Iron Ore (Robe River), Cape Lambert Ore

Wharf Amendment By-laws 1991.

Principal by-laws
2. In these by-laws the Iron Ore (Robe River), Cape Lambert Ore Wharf By-laws*
are referred to as the principal by-laws.

By-law 54 amended
3. By-law 54 of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "regulations" and

substituting the following-

" by-laws ".

Headings in Part VIII deleted
4. Part VIII of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting headings in that
Part (other than the Part heading itself) which precede by-laws and groups of

By-law 71 amended
5. By-law 71 of the principal by-laws is amended in sub-bylaw (4) by deleting

"Superintendent" and substituting the following-

" Manager ".

By-law 76 amended
6. By-law 76 of the principal by-laws is amended by deleting "and" where it

occurs—

(a) after "vessel towed"; and

(b) before "any".

Recommended by the Company by resolution on 7th January 1991.

Manager for and on behalf of the Robe River Iron Associates Joint Venture
