Iron Ore (Robe River) Agreement Act 1964

Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore and

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — on the day after that day.

Service Wharves Amendment By-laws 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Company as defined in the Act.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore and Service Wharves Amendment By-laws 2015.

2.            Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows —

3.            By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert
Ore and Service Wharves By-laws 1995.

4.            By-law 3 amended

In by-law 3-

(a)	delete "Ore Wharf" (each occurrence) and insert: Ore Wharves
(b)	delete "306/1970" and insert:
306/1970, lease M644282 granted under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981

5.            By-law 4 amended

(1) In by-law 4 delete the definitions of

Ore Wharf

(2) In by-law 4 insert in alphabetical order:

Ore Wharves means the following wharves -

(a)	Cape Lambert Wharf A - the steel pile structure that extends 3 110 metres 046°44' true from the shore of Cape Lambert, having the pierhead in position latitude 20034128"S and longitude 117012'16"E;
(b)	Cape Lambert Wharf B - the steel pile structure that extends 1 741 metres 046°50' true from the shore of Cape Lambert, having the
pierhead in position latitude 2003447"S and
longitude 117011 '9"E;

wharf, depending on the context, means any or all of

the following -

(a)	the Ore Wharves;
(b)	the Service Wharf.

(3) In by-law 4 in the definition of Marine facilities:

(a) delete "Ore Wharf" (each occurrence) and insert:

6. By-Law 90 amended
In by-law 90(1) delete "Ore Wharf" and insert:

In Schedule 1 clause 1(1) delete "4.64" and insert:

8.             Schedule 1 Part 2 Division I heading replaced

Delete the heading to Schedule 1 Part 2 Division 1 and insert:

9.             Schedule 1 clause 2 amended

In Schedule 1 clause 2:

(a) delete "Ore Wharf." and insert:

Ore Wharves.

(b) delete the Table and insert:
