Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore and

Service Wharves Amendment By-laws 2012

Made by the Governoi , in Executive Council on the recommendation of the Company as defined in the Act.

1.             Citation

These by-laws are the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore anti Service Wharves Am entli ent By-laws 2012.

2.             Commencement

(a) delete "2554" and insert: 3 110

These by-laws come into operation as follows -

(a) bv-la•s 1 and 2 on the day on which these by-laws

are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the by-laws on the day after that day.

3.              By-laws amended

These by-laws amend the Iron Ore (Robe River) Cape Lambert Ore and Service Wharves By-fr nrs 1995.
4.	By-law 4 .a mended In by-la• 4 in the definition of Ore Wharf:

insert:
