REGULATIONS UNDER THE INVALID AND OLD-AGE PENSIONS ACT 1908-1933.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Act 1908-1933.

Amendments of the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Regulations.

Form 33 repealed and new Form substituted.

1. Form 33 in the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Regulations is repealed and the following form inserted in its stead:—

“Form 33.

Commonwealth of Australia.

The Invalid and Old-age Pensions Act 1908-1933.

APPLICATION FOR WARRANT AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO PERSON OTHER THAN THE PENSIONER.

To the Registrar of Pensions at............................

I hereby apply for the issue of a warrant to (a).......................................................................... ……………………………………………………………………………………………………………authorizing, until such warrant is cancelled or expires, the payment to him/her on my behalf of all instalments of pension payable to me at.............................. pursuant to pension certificate No....................................

I desire the warrant to be issued for a period of................................................................................

Amendment of Form 38.

2. Form 38 in the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words “in your register of payments” and inserting in their stead the words “on your record of advices relating to payments (‘Stop List’)”; and

(b by omitting the words “I have altered the register of payments” and inserting in their stead the words “I have noted the Stop List”.
