1935. No. 57.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE INVALID AND OLD-AGE PENSIONS ACT 1908-1935.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Act 1908-1935.

Amendments of the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Regulations.

Interpretation.

1. In these Regulations, any reference to a regulation or to a Form shall be read as a reference to a regulation or Form, as the case may be, contained in the Invalid and Old-age Pensions Regulations, as amended to the date of commencement of these Regulations.

Death of pensioner.

2. Regulation 35 is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words “, at any time after the 12th October, 1932,” (wherever occurring).

Repeal of regulations 41 and 44-50

3. Regulations 41 and 44 to 50 (inclusive) are repealed.

Form 23.

4. Form 23 is amended by omitting the following words:—

“What are the names and present addresses of your husband, wife, father, mother, and children over 21 years of age?

This information should be furnished on a sheet of paper which must be returned with this Statement.”.

Form 30.

5. Form 30 is amended by omitting the words “for the benefit of the pensioner” and inserting in their stead the words “for the benefit of...............................................................................................

[Here insert name of pensioner.]”.

Form 40.

6. Form 40 is amended by omitting the words “, at any time after the 12th October, 1932,”.

Repeal of Forms 43 and 46-52.

7. Forms 43 and 46 to 52 (inclusive) are repealed.
