s1 2 s3 Introduction Agents (Postponement) Regulation 2002 No. 197, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Introduction Agents (Postponement) Regulation 2002 . 2 Postponement of uncommenced provisions (1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 16 February 2003. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means an uncommenced provision of the IntroductionAgents Act 2001 . 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 18 February 2003.
