Explanatory note
| Regulation 2013 to expand the boundaries of the Sydney City sobering up centre catchment area. | The object of this Regulation is to amend the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) definition of catchment area in section 4 (1) and section 28 (the general regulation-making power). |

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Amendment
(Sydney City Catchment Area) Regulation 2014.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

Omit the Part. Insert instead:
Part 2 Sydney City sobering up centre catchment area That part of the City of Sydney shown edged with a heavy black line on the map marked “Sydney City sobering up centre catchment area” signed by the Minister for Police and Emergency Services and deposited in the Ministry for Police and Emergency Services on or before the commencement of the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Amendment (Sydney City Catchment Area) Regulation 2014.
