Regulation under the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Act 2013.

Explanatory note

2013 to expand the boundaries of the Coogee sobering up centre catchment area.	The object of this Regulation is to amend the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Regulation definition of catchment area in section 4 (1) and section 28 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Amendment
(Eastern Beaches) Regulation 2013.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
