Commencement Proclamation
under the
Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Act 2013 No 15
THOMAS FREDERICK BATHURST, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable Thomas Frederick Bathurst, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Act 2013, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2013 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

The object of this Proclamation is to commence Part 2 of the Intoxicated Persons (Sobering Up Centres Trial) Act 2013 (being provisions that relate to the detention and transport of intoxicated persons to sobering up centres).
