Act 2000 No 34—Proclamation

PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR AO, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Intoxicated Persons Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 March 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.
