1Short titleThis notice may be cited as the Interstate Transfer (Community-based Sentences) (Corresponding Laws) Notice 2022. 2CommencementThis notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Corresponding lawsThe following are declared to be corresponding laws for the purposes of the Interstate Transfer (Community-based Sentences) Act 2009: (a) the Community Based Sentences (Interstate Transfer) Act 2020 of Queensland; (b) the Community Based Sentences (Interstate Transfer) Act 2015 of South Australia.
