Interstate Road Transport Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 1987.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Interstate Road Transport Regulations is amended by omitting Item 4 and substituting the following item:

“4 Western Australia State Government Insurance Commission, being the body corporate established by the State Government Insurance Commission Act 1986 of the State of Western Australia”.
