Interstate Road Transport Charge Regulations (Repeal)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Interstate Road Transport Charge Act 1985.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 1 July 1995.

2.   Repeal of Interstate Road Transport Charge Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1986 No. 292; 1988 No. 153; 1991 No. 344 and 1992 No. 349, are repealed.
