Interstate Road Transport Charge Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Interstate Road Transport Charge Act 1985.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Interstate Road Transport Charge Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  see Acts Interpretation Act 1901 s.48]

          

2.   Schedule (RATE OF CHARGE AND IMPUTED DISTANCE)

2.1   Omit Item 4A, substitute:

Ò4A prime movers, each (a) not exceeding  4.521 94,000

 of which is to be 48 tonnes

 combined with 2 

 semi-trailers, if the (b) exceeding 48 14.489 94,000Ó

 combination does not tonnes but not

 have more than 7 exceeding 55.5

 axles tonnes
