1Name

This is the Interstate Road Transport Amendment (Spray Suppression) Regulation 2014.

2Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This instrument is made under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Interstate Road Transport Regulations 1986

1  Subregulation 2(1) (definition of British Standard)

Repeal the definition.

2  Regulation 12Y

Repeal the regulation.
