An Act to Make Provision in "The Interstate Desti- THE tute Persons Relief Act of 1914" whereby a INTERSTATE DESTITUTE Territory of the Commonwealth of Australia PERSONS RELIEF ACT AMENDMENT ACT OF 1932. and a Territory governed by the said Common- wealth under a Mandate shall be deemed to be a State in the said Commonwealth for the purposes of the said Act. [ASSENTED TO 6TH JANUARY, 1933.J B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty) by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by thfe authority of the same, as follows :- Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as" The Interstate Destitute Persons Relief Act Amendment Act of 1932," and shall be read as one with *" The Interstate Destitute Persons Relief Act of 1914," hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act. The Principal Act as amended by this Act may collectively be cited as " The Interstate Destitute Persons Relief Acts, 1914 to 1932." Amendment 2. Section four of the Principal Act is amended of s. 4. as follows :_ (a) A new definition is inserted after the definition of "Collector" as follows :- Common- wealth or Common- wealth of Australia. " " Commonwealth" or "Commonwealth of Aus- tralia "-The Commonwealth of Australia, together with every Territory under the authority of the Commonwealth of Australia, and every Territory governed by the Commonwealth of Australia under a mandate; " (b) In the definition of "State," after the words " Commonwealth of Australia," where those words first occur, the words" and any Territory under the authority of the Commonwealth (including any Territory governed by the Commonwealth under a mandate)" are inserted; * 5 Geo. THE MEDICAL [AsSENTED TO 6TH JANUARY, 1933.] ACT AMENDMENT B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, ACT OF 1932. by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queenslandin Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. This Act may be cited as "The MedicalAct Short title Amendment Act of 1932," and shall be read as one with and t t. *" The Medical Act of 1925," herein referred to as the ~ 1~ c~ ~ c lOn Principal Act. The Principal Act and this Act may collectively be cited as "The Medical Acts, 1925 to 1932." Amendments of the Principal Act. 2. Section twelve of the Principal Act is repealed, Amendment and the following section is inserted in lieu thereof :_ of s. 12. " [12.] Every registered medical practitioner shall Annual fee. pay to the Board such annual license fee as may be prescribed by by-law. Such annual license fee shall be paid to the Board by the medical practitioner within the period from the first day of January up to and including the thirtieth day of April of every year. * 16 Geo. v.
