This Regulation is the Interpretation Regulation 2008.

2Commencement

This Regulation commences on 12 June 2008.

3Interpretation

In this Regulation:

the Act means the Interpretation Act 1987.

4Publication of miscellaneous statutory instruments on NSW legislation website

For the purposes of section 44 (2) of the Act, the miscellaneous statutory instruments specified in Schedule 1 are required to be published on the NSW legislation website instead of the Gazette.

5Repeal

Item 1 of Schedule 1 is repealed on the day on which Schedule 1 [7] to the Interpretation Amendment Act 2006 commences.
