This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3Definition

In this Regulation—

the Act means the Interpretation Act 1987.

4COVID-19 pandemic—repeal of special provisions

Part 12 of the Act is repealed on 31 December 2020.

5Repeal

This Regulation is repealed on 1 January 2021.
