  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002
