1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3Amendment of International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002
