1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Amendment Regulations 2004 (No. 1).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the date of their notification in the Gazette.

3Amendment of International Transfer of Prisoners (Transfer of Sentenced Persons Convention) Regulations 2002
