against the motor vessel, "Brazilian Friendship".

Your Honour, that writ was issued on 4 June 1987. The pertinent

facts are in my affidavit, a copy of which .....

Your Honour, according to our reports, this vessel

has not visited an Australian port since 4 June 1987

and accordingly I ask that you grant the order renewing

the writ against the M.V. "Brazilian Friendship" in

accordance with the short minutes of order which I

propose to hand up.

HIS HONOUR:  Yes, if you would hand those up.

Yes, I shall make an order in accordance with the

short minutes of order, placed with the papers and

initialled by me.
