I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (2) of the International Monetary Agreements Amendment Act (No. 1) 2001, fix 9 September 2009 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
