International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Commencement Proclamation 2015

I, the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC QC, Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the International Interests in Mobile Equipment (Cape Town Convention) Act 2013, fix 1 September 2015 as the day on which sections 3 to 10 of that Act commence.
