International Air Services Commission Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the International Air Services Commission Act 1992.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The International Air Services Commission Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE:  These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s 48.]

2.   Regulation 3 (Commission’s address)

2.1   Paragraph 3 (b):

Omit the paragraph, substitute:

  • “(b)

    for applications delivered by hand—1st Floor, ACIL House, 103-105 Northbourne Avenue, Turner, ACT 2612; and

  • (c)

    for applications sent by the internet—[email protected]; and

  • (d)

    for applications sent by facsimile—(02) 6267 1111.”.
