Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to revise the scale of fees payable by intellectually disabled persons being accommodated or cared for in facilities operated by the Department of Human Services.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 78 of
the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services

Act 1986.

3. Fees for accommodation or care increased

In the Intellectually Disabled Persons' Services

Regulations 19871—

(a) in regulation 15 for "$289.55" substitute "$304.00";

(i)  in paragraph (a) for "$289.55" substitute "$304.00";

(ii)  in sub-regulation (2) for "$1.30" substitute "$1.35";

(iii)  in sub-regulation (3) for "$289.55" substitute "$304.00".
