s1 2 s5 Intellectually Disabled Citizens Amendment (No. 1) No. 235, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Intellectually Disabled Citizens Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Intellectually Disabled Citizens Regulation 1989 . ˙ Omission of ss 2–5 3. Sections 2 to 5— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Register of applications and reviews) 4.(1) Section 6(1)— omit, insert— ‘ (1) The chairperson must keep a register of— (a) applications made under section 27 of the Act; and (b) reviews performed under section 28 of the Act.’. (2) Section 6(3)— omit . ˙ Insertion of new s 7 5. After section 6— insert — ˙ ‘ Numbering and renumbering of regulation ‘ 7. In the next reprint of this regulation produced under the Reprints Act1992 , the provisions of this regulation must be numbered and renumbered as permitted by the Reprints Act 1992 , section 43.’.
