Integrity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrity Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Integrity Regulation 2011. 3 Replacement of s 3 (Entity prescribed for meaning of public sector officer —Act, s 47) Section 3— omit , insert — ‘3 Entities prescribed for meaning of public sector officer —Act, s 47 ‘The following are entities prescribed for the Act, section 47(h)— (a) the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation; and (b) each Hospital and Health Service established under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 , section 7.’.
