1 Short title
This regulation may be cited as the Integrity Amendment Regulation 2024.
2 Regulation amended
This regulation amends the Integrity Regulation 2024.
3 Amendment of s 2 (Designated persons—Act, s 12)
(1)Section 2—
insert—(da)each police officer who is a senior executive equivalent under the Police Service Administration Act 1990;(2)Section 2(da) to (f)—
renumber as section 2(e) to (g).
4 Insertion of new s 2A
After section 2—
insert—2A Statutory office holders—Act, s 40E
For section 40E(1)(b) of the Act, a statutory office holder mentioned in schedule 1 is prescribed.
