s1 2 s3 Integrated Planning and Other Legislation Amendment No. 38, 2007 (Postponement) Regulation 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2007 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, ss 49(2) and 55(2) (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 March 2008. (2) In this section— postponed law means the IntegratedPlanningandOtherLegislation Amendment Act 2006 , sections 49(2) and 55(2). Editor’s note — The postponed law now automatically commences on 31 March 2008. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 1 April 2008.
