This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 1999 . ˙ Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions 2.(1) The period before automatic commencement under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2) of the postponed law is extended to the end of 3 September 2000. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the IntegratedPlanningandOtherLegislationAmendment Act 1998 , sections 4, 41 to 44, 60, 62 to 64 and 66. ˙ Expiry 3.
