Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 7) 2008 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation1998 . 3 Amendment of sch 9 (Court fees) (1) Schedule 9, item 3, from‘ 1999 ’ to ‘rule 6’— omit, insert— ‘ 2008 (the rules ), rule 5’. (2) Schedule 9, item 8, ‘rule 28’— omit, insert— ‘rule 43’. (3) Schedule 9, item 9, from ‘of an appeal’ to ‘rule 11A’— omit, insert— ‘or notice of withdrawal of election to co-respond—the rules, rule 14 or 15’.
