Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 11 (Development for community infrastructure exempt under schedule 9, table 5, item 5 of the Act) Schedule 11, section 6(1)— omit, insert— ‘(1) All aspects of development, for an educational facility or community and cultural facility, that is— (a) completely or partly funded under the relevant program; and (b) described in the document called ‘Exempt development for particular educational or community and cultural facilities’ published by the department and dated 30 October 2009; and (c) carried out at the school stated for the development in the document mentioned in paragraph (b).
