Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 6) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 7 December 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Referral agencies and their jurisdictions) Schedule 2, table 2, item 35, column 1, ‘section 3.1’— omit, insert— ‘division 3’. 5 Amendment of sch 3A (Designated regions) Schedule 3A, part 1— omit, insert— ‘Part 1 SEQ region Page 2 Brisbane Gold Coast Ipswich Lockyer Valley Logan Moreton Bay Redland Scenic Rim 2008 SL No. 407
