Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 11 (Development for community infrastructure exempt under schedule 9, table 5, item 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 11, section 6(1)(a), ‘21 July 2009’— omit, insert— ‘4 September 2009’.
