Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 18 July 2008 . 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation1998. 4 Replacement of s 9 (Jurisdiction of tribunals—Act, s 4.2.7) Section 9— omit, insert— ‘9 Jurisdiction of tribunals—Act, s 4.2.7 ‘A decision about a part of a building development application for which part the local government is the concurrence agency is prescribed for section 4.2.7(2)(c) of the Act.’. 5 Amendment of s 10 (Tribunal appeal fees—Act, s 4.2.15) (1) Section 10(1), ‘section 9(a)’— omit, insert— ‘section 9’. (2) Section 10(4)— omit, insert— ‘(4) The fee payable for an appeal against an error in the calculation of a charge in an infrastructure charges notice or a regulated State infrastructure charges notice is $500.’.
