s1 2 s5 Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 4) No. 306, 2003 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 4) 2003 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 28 November 2003. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Integrated Planning Regulation 1998. 4 Amendment of sch 1 (Type of assessment for assessable development) Schedule 1— insert— ‘ 11. Development in a registered place under Code assessment’. the Queensland Heritage Act 1992 5 Amendment of sch 1A (Alternative assessment managers) (1) Schedule 1A, part 1— insert— ‘ 7. Development in a registered place under the Queensland Heritage Act 1992 , if— (a) the development is not assessable development under a planning scheme; and (b) the application does not involve other assessable development; and (c) no other assessment manager is prescribed for the development in this schedule Queensland Heritage Council’.

Development in a registered place under the Queensland Heritage Act 1992 , if— (a) the development is not assessable development under a planning scheme; and (b) the application does not involve other assessable development; and (c) no other assessment manager is prescribed for the development in this schedule Queensland Heritage Council’. 6 Amendment of sch 2 (Referral agencies and jurisdiction) Schedule 2— insert— Development on a heritage registered place ‘ 31. Development in a registered place under the Queensland Heritage Act1992 , if— (a) it is assessable development under schedule 8 of the Act; and (b) the Queensland Heritage Council is not the assessment manager for the development under schedule 1A Queensland Heritage Council Concurrence The objects of the QueenslandHeritage Act1992’.
