Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 11 (Development for community infrastructure exempt under schedule 9, table 5, item 5 of the Act) (1) Schedule 11, section 5, heading— omit, insert— ‘5 Educational or community and cultural facilities—generally’. (2) Schedule 11, section 5(2), from ‘Despite subsection (1)’ to ‘relevant program’— omit, insert— ‘However, development to which subsection (1) would otherwise apply’. (3) Schedule 11, section 5(3), from ‘Also despite subsection (1)’ to ‘relevant program’— omit, insert— ‘Also, development to which subsection (1) would otherwise apply’. (4) Schedule 11— insert— ‘6 Particular educational or community and cultural facilities ‘(1) All aspects of development, for an educational facility or community and cultural facility completely or partly funded under the relevant program, that is— Page 2 2009 SL No. 165

Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2009 [s 3] (a) described in the document called ‘Exempt development for particular educational or community and cultural facilities’ published by the department and dated 21 July 2009; and (b) carried out at one of the following schools— (i) Brisbane Boys College, Toowong; (ii) Christian Outreach College Brisbane, Mansfield; (iii) Holy Spirit Catholic Primary School, New Farm; (iv) St Joseph’s Nudgee College, Sandgate; (v) Our Lady of the Sacred Heart School, Darra; (vi) St Thomas More School, Sunshine Beach; (vii) Genesis Christian College, Bray Park; (viii) St Johns Primary School, Walkerston; (ix) West Moreton Anglican College, Karrabin. Note — The document called ‘Exempt development for particular educational or community and cultural facilities’ dated 21 July 2009 may be inspected at the department’s offices during business hours and on the department’s website. ‘(2) In this section— relevant program see section 5(4).’.
