Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 27 June 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 4 Amendment of s 19 (Guidelines for priority infrastructure plans—Act, s 5.1.3) Section 19, ‘contained in ‘IPA Infrastructure Guideline 1/04, Priority Infrastructure Plans’, dated 4 October 2004,’— omit, insert— ‘contained in ‘IPA Infrastructure Guideline 1/08, Priority Infrastructure Plans’, dated 25 June 2008,’. 5 Amendment of s 20 (Guidelines for making or amending infrastructure charges schedules—Act, s 5.1.5) Section 20, ‘contained in ‘IPA Infrastructure Guideline 2/04, Infrastructure Charges Schedules’, dated 4 October 2004,’— omit, insert— ‘contained in ‘IPA Infrastructure Guideline 2/08, Infrastructure Charges Schedules’, dated 25 June 2008,’. 6 Amendment of s 21 (Trunk infrastructure charge rates—Act s 5.1.15 (schedule 13)) Section 21(3), ‘$1500’— omit, insert— ‘$2000’.
