s1 2 s3 Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 123, 2004 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 3 Amendment of s 6 (Tribunal appeal fees—Act, s 4.2.15) (1) Section 6(2)(a), ‘$250’— omit, insert— ‘$255’. (2) Section 6(2)(b), ‘$360’— omit, insert— ‘$365’. (3) Section 6(2)(c) and (3)(b), ‘$520’— omit, insert— ‘$530’. (4) Section 6(3)(a), ‘$410’— omit, insert— ‘$420’. (5) Section 6(3)(c), ‘$770’— omit, insert— ‘$785’.
