s1 2 s3 Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) No. 332, 2002 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Integrated Planning Regulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Referral agencies and jurisdiction) Schedule 2, item 12— omit, insert — ‘ 12. Development to which State planning policy 2/02 ‘Planning and managing development involving acid sulfate soils’ 1 applies if the development involves— (a) excavating more than 1 000 m 3 of soil or sediment; or (b) using more than 1 000 m 3 of material as fill.
