s1 2 s4 Integrated Planning Amendment (No. 3) No. 235, 2000 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Integrated Planning Regulation 1998 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (Type of assessment for assessable development) 3. Schedule 1— insert — ‘ 4. Operational work that is the clearing of native vegetation if the assessment manager is the chief executive administering the Vegetation Management Act 1999 Code assessment’. ˙ Amendment of sch 1A (Alternative assessment managers) 4.(1) Schedule 1A, parts 1 and 2, item 1(b), after ‘other’— insert— ‘assessable’. (2) Schedule 1A, parts 1 and 2— insert— ‘ 2. Operational work that is— (a) the clearing of native vegetation; and (b) assessable development under schedule 8 of the Act; and (c) not included in an application for other assessable development. The chief executive administering the Vegetation Management Act1999 ’.
