s1 2 s4 Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 2) No. 153, 2005 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2005 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Referral agencies and their jurisdiction) (1) Schedule 2, table 3, item 13, column 1, ‘section 2 of the draft’— omit, insert— ‘division 2 of the’. (2) Schedule 2, table 3, item 13, column 3, ‘draft’— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 10 (State resources) Schedule 10, item 12, column 1, after ‘ 1995 ’— insert — ‘, and land mentioned in item 14 or 15’.
