Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Integrated Planning Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 15 March 2008 . 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the IntegratedPlanningRegulation 1998. 4 Insertion of new s 4A After section 4— insert— ‘4A Designated regions—Act, s 2.5A.2 ‘(1) Each group of local government areas, or parts of local government areas, mentioned in a part of schedule 3A is prescribed for section 2.5A.2(1)(a) of the Act. ‘(2) The name of each designated region has the name given in schedule 3A.’. 5 Amendment of sch 2 (Referral agencies and their jurisdiction) (1) Schedule 2, table 2, item 35, and the heading to the item— omit, insert— ‘Regional plans 35 Reconfiguring a lot to which section 3.1 of the State planning regulatory provisions applies The chief executive administering the Act, chapter 2, part 5A—as a concurrence agency The State planning regulatory provisions’.
